Installation & Operation Guidelines

Install on a sturdy, flat and dry wall or vehicle bearing beam, away from high temperature, fire sources and corrosive materials, with sufficient space for extension and retraction. Securely fix with expansion bolts or U-bolts, ensuring mounting point capacity ≥ 2x total unit weight with no wobble or looseness after installation. Clean connectors before connecting to grease pump to remove impurities and old grease, preventing clogging and seal wear.

During operation, hold the nozzle and pull out hose smoothly to desired length for auto-lock; connect fitting to grease pump and torque securely, confirm no leakage before greasing. After use, turn off pump, release residual pressure in line, gently pull hose to unlock for automatic retraction; replace nozzle and turn off main power. Do not violently pull, bend or step on hose; do not disconnect fittings under high pressure; pre-warm hose moderately before use in low temperature to avoid forced bending damage.
